הסט כולל שתי אחיזות כדור הוק קטן + 5 טבעות המשמשות כנקודות אחיזה להוקים. הטבעות מגיעות עם רצועות יעודיות באורך 35 ס”מ לתליה.
מאפשר לבצע מעבר הוקים (מעבר בו האחיזה נשארת ביד ומועברת מנקודת עיגון אחת לשניה). מכשול מגניב ומאתגר המשלב כוח ודיוק בתנועה.
